1.That the axis X and Y moves freely by hand with power off.
2.Any obstructions on the bed or motion rails.
3.Clean or replace the Light sensor board.
4.That the data line is secured to the Light sensor board and Conversion board. (Re-connect or change)
5.Clean or replace the Conversion board.
6.Check the connection on the Flash memory and Mother board, the Mother board and Motor.(Re-connect the pin-wire or change it)
7.Something wrong with the Motor Driver or Mother board.(replace)
Note: If machine isn’t with independent Motor Driver, please replace Mother board.
8.Replace the Flash memory mainboard or Motor.
Second: Not lasing output
1.Not turn on the "H.V Enable" button or the current has been regulated to zero.(turn on the "H.V Enable" button , regulate the Current Adjustor)
2.Press the "Light on" button on the panel and check the state of Current Indicator:(If the machine didn`t have current indicator, you can add it by yourself)
(1)No current: Is the laser power supply working? That the High-voltage wire is secured to the Fixed-current resistance and laser tube.
(2)Have current: It is possible that the optics need cleaning or calibration?
(3)Is the power of the laser dead out.Please increase the current or change a new one.
(4)Double check the Button switch and Wire connection board.
3.Check the cooling water
(1)That the water pump is running.
(2)Double check the infall and outfall.
(3)That the water pipes are not crushed preventing water flow.
4.The machine is moving but not lasing.
(1)It is possible that the power ratio has been regulated to zero.
(2)Double check the connection of the Red-blue wire between the Power supply and Mother board.
(3)Something wrong with the Mother board or Power supply.(replace)
Third: The depth differs or engraving light
1.Has the laser tube overheated? (check the cooling water)
2.Did not focus the laser for the material
3.It is possible that the optics need cleaning or calibration?
4.The processing material is not smooth.
5.It is possble that the Focus lens loose or set to opposite.(tighten or re-correct)
6.Laser tube is aging.( increase the current or change a new one)
7.Something wrong with The Flash memory mainboard or the Power supply.(replace)
Fourth:Engraving/Cutting is not completely
1.Check all the line colour values,ensure the power ratio of each pens have been regulated.
2.Static disturbing.(check the ground wire)
3.Something wrong with the Flash memory mainboard and Power supply.(replace)
4.Change the Laser tube.
Fift: No print file sent to machine or Failure to communicate
1.That the data line is secured to PC and machine properly..
2.Cutting type not set to vector or combined in “print parameters” or Line thickness (line-weight) not set to minimum.
3.Nothing in file to print
4.Turn off the Pause switch and check the cooling water.
5.Restart the machine.
6.That the chosen picture exceed space of the working area.(Re-set);
7.That the input data exceed space of the memory; it must less than 16Mb.(re-set)
8.That no other software is in use, blocking the parallel or USB port of the PC.
9.Try re-booting the machine or / and PC to clear the port.
10.Static disturbing.(examine the ground wire)
11.That the machine has residual data.(delete data and restart the machine)
12.Try re-install software or replace another computer.
13.Try re-install computer’s system software.
14.Something wrong with the Flash memory mainboard or Mother board.(replace)
Sixth: Draw an unnecessary line or Draw arbitrarily
1.Ensure there is not redundant line.
2.Static disturbing.(examine the ground wire)
3.That the chosen picture exceed space of the working area.(Re-set);
4.Change a parallel data line.
5.High-voltage disturbing. (replace Power supply, High-Voltage line, Fixed-current resistance, keep the surface of Power supply dry and clean)
6.Replace the Flash menmory mainboard.
Seventh：Cut/Engrave of very poor quality or the picture is out of shape
1.Did not focus the laser for the material.
2.Regulate the belt and wheel, make its elasticity appropriately;
3.Regulate the proportion coefficient of X and Y directionappropriately by the ACE software.
4.Clean and lubricate the strip-driving wheel, strip-drived wheel and tramroad.
5.Replace the Mother board or Motor.
Eighth：Incorrect positioning in print application
1.Change another scanner.(Recommend two scanners:BENQ5000S, SCANMAKER3860).
2.Clean and lubricate the strip-driving wheel, strip-drived wheel and tramroad ;
